Ingredients:-
Wheat Flour : 2 Cup
Powdered Sugar : 1 Cup
Coco Powder : 2 Tsp
Baking Powder : ½ Tsp
Baking Soda : ½ Tsp
Sesame Seeds : 1 Tsp
Salt : 1 Tsp
Oil : 2 Tsp
Milk : 5 Tsp to knead the dough
Oil : For Frying
Method:-
Take a bowl add wheat flour, sugar, baking
powder, baking soda, salt and sesame seeds, Mix well with the help of milk and make
dough, rest it for 30 minutes. Now roll the dough and make a small and thick disk,
then cut it in shapes as per your choice, now deep fry them on low flame. Serve
with tea or coffee as snacks.
