Vege Kabab Recipe I Vegetarian Kabab Recipe

Vege Kabab is a healthy & delicious healthy Indian vegetarian snack made with carrot, potatoes and green beans, these vegetables make it a perfect snack that can also be served as a part of a meal.


Ingredients:-

Potato : 2 Big boiled & mashed
Carrot : ½ Cup Grated
French Beans : ¼ Cup Chopped
Onion : ¼ Cup Chopped
Green Chili : 2 Chopped
Coriander leaves : ¼ Cup Chopped
Red Chili Powder : ½ Tsp
Geram Masala Powder : ¼ Tsp
Salt : As per taste
Amchur Powder : ¼ Tsp
Oil : 2 Tsp


Method:-


Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl except oil. Make kababs of any shapes as per your choice form this mixture. Now heat tawa and sprinkle some oil, put kababs on it and shallow fry them from both the sides till golden brown. Serve hot with sauce, tea or coffee.
