How to Make Garlic Mushroom Spaghetti?

The Roasted Mushroom Spaghetti Pasta with Garlic is a healthy quick and easy pasta recipe that you can make with a simple set of ingredients.
Ingredients For Garlic Mushroom Spaghetti
Spaghetti : 250 gms
Mushroom : 250 gms Sliced
Onion : 2 Sliced
Garlic : 2 Tsp Chopped
Tomato Puree : 1 Cup
Coriander Leaves : 2 Tsp Chopped
Red Chili Flakes : 1 Tsp
Salt : As per taste
Oil : 2 Tsp
Method For Making Garlic Mushroom Spaghetti
In a pan add spaghetti, salt, ½ tbs oil and
boil for 10 minutes then drain and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add mushrooms and
fry on high heat around 2 minutes until golden and softened.
Add garlic and fry
for one more minute, take them out and keep aside.
Heat 1tbs oil add onion and sauté
for 2 minutes, add tomato puree, chili flakes and a little salt. Reduce the
heat and cover for 10 minutes until thickened.
Add boiled spaghetti with the sauce, top with the garlicky mushrooms and mix well, garnish with chili flakes and serve hot.
