This mask can help you get rid of oily skin with a very simple home remedy. Oily skin can cause various skin problems like acne and allergies so you must try this. Take 8-10 drops of aloe vera gel in a bowl (Ready-made gel can be used or fresh aloe vera gel taken from the garden), mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice with aloe vera gel and make a thick paste. Apply this face mask on your face to the neck, keep it on for about 2-3 hours then wash your face with lukewarm water. You can do this 2-3 times a week and it will help you to get rid of oily skin along with acne.
Aloe vera for dry skin –
Dry facial can be caused due to various reasons such as environmental factors or lack of nutrients in the diet. Dry skin usually looks very rough and feel very itching. Here is a simple yet effective aloe vera based remedy with which you can nourish your skin. Take 8-10 drops of aloe vera gel in a bowl, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey along with 4-5 teaspoons of grinned cucumber. Mix all ingredients well to make a thick paste. Now apply this paste all over your face to the neck and allow this to stay on your face for 25-30 minutes. It will nourish and hydrate your skin with vitamins and minerals. You can repeat this twice or thrice a week to prevent skin dryness.
Improve your digestion –
Aloe vera juice can be very beneficial for the digestive system. It cures constipation, gastric ulcers and helps the liver to detox. Here is a simple recipe to prepare aloe vera juice at home. Take about 2-3 teaspoons of its juice in a glass (either ready made or fresh from garden). Now add 1 cup of orange juice or any other juice of your choice in aloe vera juice and mix them well. You can add ice cubes and sugar as per your taste.
