Ingredients:-
Wheat
Flour : 1 Bowl
Maize
Flour : 1 Bowl
Onion
: 1 Finally Chopped
Tomato
: 1 Finally Chopped
Capsicum
: ½ Bowl Grated
Carrot
: ½ Bowl Grated
Coliflawr
: 1 Bowl Grated
Green
Chilli : 2 Finally Chopped
Curd
: 1 Bowl
Salt
: 1tsp (or as per taste)
Red
Chilli Powder : ¼ tsp
Coriander
Powder : ½ tsp
Garam
Masala : ¼ tsp
Water : As required
Method:-
Mix all the above
ingredients in bowl add some water and make thick batter then rest it for 10
minutes. Heat tawa and spread some oil then spread batter on it. Drizzle some
oil and turn it to another side. Cook it until it becomes golden brown from
both sides.
Your Wheat & Maize Veg Chilla is ready, enjoy it with green chatni and sauce.
