Chilli Paneer

Chilli Paneer or Cheese Chilli is one of the favorite dishes from Indian Chinese cuisine. This chilli paneer is a tasty and nutritious recipe gives restaurant style taste and flavor.

Ingredients For Chilli Paneer:-


Paneer : 250 gms Cut into cubes
Onions : 2 Thick sliced
Capsicum : 2 Thick sliced
Garlic : 1 Tsp Chopped
Ginger Paste : 1 Tsp
Green Chilli :  2 Sliced
Tomato Sauce : 2 Tsp
Soya Sauce : 1 Tsp
Black Pepper : 1 Tsp
Salt : 1 Tsp (as per taste)
Corn Flour : 1 Cup
Water : 2 Cup ( as required )
Oil : For Frying + 1 Tbs

Method For Chilli Paneer:-


Take a bowl, add corn flour, salt, pepper and water. Mix well and make thick mixture. Now add paneer pieces into the mixture and coat properly.

Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry coated paneer till light brown then take them out on a napkin paper.

Heat 1 tbs oil, add chopped garlic and onion saute them for 2 minute. Add  ginger paste, green chilli, capsicum, tomato sauce , soya sauce, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Now add salt, pepper, fried paneer and mix it well. Now add remain corn flour mixture and 1 cup water in it, mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with pratha or naan.

If you want more gravy, then use extra water.
