Custard pudding is a great snack or dessert for the whole family. It may vary in consistency from a thin pouring sauce to a thick pastry cream. Caramel make it little crunchy and attractive.



Ingredients:-

Milk : 1 ltr
Custard Powder : 3 Tbs
Sugar : 1 Cup + 1Tbs
Almonds : 10 Chopped
Cashew Nuts : 10 Chopped
Pistachios : 10 Chopped
Raisins : 10


Method for Custard:-

Mix 3 tbs custard in half cup of milk and make paste. Boil milk in a pan add custard paste and stirring continuously for 5 minutes, add all chopped dry fruits and sugar. Garnish with sliced almonds, cashew nuts and let it be cool.

Method for Caramel:-

Heat a pan and add some sugar in it, when sugar melted and turned light brown turn off the flame. Take some caramel in a bowl add sliced almonds now pour custard on it. Now refrigerator it for two hours then de-moulds it in a plate serve chilled.
