Oats Upma is a easy, healthy and delicious vegetable oats upma recipe made with quick cooking oats & mixed veggies.
Oats : 1 Cup
Carrot : 1/2 Cup Chopped
Capsicum : 1/2 Cup
French Beans : 1/4 Cup
Onion : 1/2 Cup Sliced
Tomato : 1 Chopped
Coriander Leaves :1Tsp Chopped
Red Chili Powder : 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Powder : 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala :1/4 Tsp
Salt : As per Taste
Oil : 1 Tsp
Water : 4 Cup
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan add onion saute till golden brown. Add carrot, capsicum,french beans and cook for 3 minutes.Add all spices, oats and water mix well, cover it and cook for ten minutes on low flame.Add chopped tomatoes and turn off gas. Garnish with coriander leaves and tomatoes.
