Lauki holds a special place in the Indian Ayurvedic medical system due to its health benefits. It is very light on digestive system. Lauki is quite blend and tasteless, so kids and younger people avoid to eat it, but with potato and some spices and ingredients you can make it very tasty.
Method:-
Boil Lauki and potatos for 5 minute, drain it and keep a side. Heat oil in a pan add hing and cumin seeds when they crackles add onion and ginger garlic paste and sauté till golden brown, add tomato, green chili, all spices and cook for 2 minute. Now add boiled lauki and potatos cover it and cook for five minute. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with prantha or chapati.
